Carlos Mortensen, 39, is regarded by many of his peers as the all-time greatest no-limit hold’em tournament player.

Known as El Matador, the Spaniard is the only person to have ever won both the WSOP Main Event (2001) and WPT Championship (2007). In all, Mortensen has two WSOP bracelets and three WPT titles.

Mortensen has banked nearly $11M in live tournaments, placing him in the top 12 in all-time earnings.
